Pepe Housing Presentation at Polish Residential Landlords’ Association Meeting

As the October has come, renting to student is the main focus on the rental market. Renting apartments to the foreign student is still a fresh topic on Polish market that’s why our colleague Piotr Ziętara will give a presentation during the meeting of Mieszkanicznik on October 4th.


Mieszkanicznik is a nationwide Polish Residential Landlords’ Association. The Association brings together 1200 active members who operate in the rental business. The members regularly meet in sixteen cities in Poland and two units outside of the country. The purpose of Mieszkanicznik is to organize monthly meetings of a dozen local, lead congresses, and also introduce Polish market to the next level, becoming a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience.

Piotr as a representative of Pepe Housing specializing in foreign student accommodation, will present the profile of incoming students and try to convince a wider group of landlords to rent apartments to internationals.
