  • How can I book the accommodation?

    To book your accommodation all you need to do is to follow the below steps:

    1. Set your accommodation preferences by selecting city, and number of guests and budget.

    2. Provide details regarding your moving in and moving out date and click “Pre Booking”. Fill in necessary details in order to proceed.

    3. Landlord has 48h (2 working days) to accept your pre-booking

    4. When accepted, you will be asked to pay the first month rent and the booking fee.

    5. Get ready to move in.

  • I am not a student, can I still book with Pepe Housing?

    We are here to help everyone. Whether you’re a student looking for a shared flat while studying abroad, an expat looking for reliable booking on a great deal or a local looking for a flat in an awesome neighbourhood Pepe Housing is for you!

  • Is there a minimum or maximum stay in property?
    The minimum period of renting is one month. The maximum period depends on the landlord’s policy. Please check it if there is any information about it in the landlord’s policy section. You can also ask the landlord directly, with “contact host” button.

  • What happens if my booking is not accepted?

    In case your booking is not accepted by landlord, we assist you in further searching for your perfect accommodation. You are not charged for rejected pre-bookings. Knowing your expectations and preferences Pepe Housing will suggest you other apartments/rooms or keep you updated with new available rental options.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    If you cancel your booking up to 60 days before the contract starts, you will be refunded 100% of service fee and first month rent payment.

  • Can I do more than one Pre Booking?

    It is advised to pre-book the accommodation that suits you the most. You can only make one pre-booking at once. If your first pre-booking is not accepted you will be able to make another one.

  • What happens if I need to change my booking dates?

    If you want to change the dates of my booking, please inform your landlord. Please notice that all the changes need to be confirmed and accepted by landlord.

  • When is the booking confirmed?

    Once the landlord accepts your pre-booking. You will receive a notification in the system.

  • Payments

  • What is the booking fee?

    Booking fee is a fee for Pepe Housing. It’s 10% of the contract value. You can easily calculate it according to the formula: number of months * one month rent * 10%.
    Note: from September 1st 2017, if the reservation number of month is more than 5, the fee would be calculated as follows: 5* one month rent * 10%.

  • Do I need to pay the deposit?

    Most likely, during move-in you will need to pay the deposit, which is usually one month rent (depends on the landlord’s policy). The deposit will be returned during move-out.

  • How much do I pay for booking accommodation with Pepe Housing?

    To complete and confirm your booking you are expected to pay one month rent, which will be transferred to your landlord within 2 days after your moving in date + booking fee of 10% of the contract value.

  • Is it safe to book with Pepe Housing?

    Pepe Housing as a company is trusted by many organisms and universities, making us the official Erasmus Student Network partner for Erasmus accommodation in Poland. Our first concern is to provide secure ways for tenants to complete their rent transaction safely and to do that we set some safety points:
    - Payment is safe and online, you won’t have to proceed to any payment outside PepeHousing and thus you won’t be exposed to any sort of money scam or fraud.
    - Payment is secure, as we keep your payment during 48 hours after you move in before it is transferred to the landlord in order to make sure that everything is at your convenience and that the accommodation is consistent with the advertisement.
    - Our team members will be happy to assist you during the whole process and answer all your questions.

  • How can I verify that an offer is legit and not a scam?

    Pepe Housing verifies the landlords and reviews all the listings trying to make sure that the offers are as accurate as possible with the pictures and descriptions. In case if you move in and find out that the place doesn’t match the details on the listing you will have 48 hours to notify us, that is why we keep the money 48 hours in case of problems if the accommodation is not as described in the listing, you will have full refund and we will help you find a solution.

  • How can I extend my stay?

    You can extend your stay by rebooking it on our website, if you do, you will receive a discount.

  • What should I do if I want to move out earlier?

    First read the agreements on your contract, then contact your landlord. Keep in mind that if this occurs the landlord might keep the safety deposit to cover the rent.
